The lodge takes its name from the Aruba Dam, an oasis of limpid brown water that forms an irresistible attraction to both man and beast in this otherwise dry dusty Tsavo East National Park. The new Aruba Lodge sits on a vantageous watering site overlooking the Aruba dam constructed on Voi river in 1952.
The park is easily accessible by air and road and it is situated 326 kilometers from Nairobi and 160 kilometers from Mombasa. The nearest airstrip is just five minutes away.

The 40 deluxe rooms each have a terrace overlooking the plains or the Aruba dam. Each room is designed to provide utmost comfort ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms also contain an en suite toilet and shower facility with bathroom accessories.

ACTIVITIES:
A walk in the wild is everyone's dream. the skilled Kenyan Wildlife Service guides will walk you in the Tsavo wild identifying the wildlife, bird life, plant life as well as the physical features.
Visit Voi Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery 1914/16. The caretaker will guide you through the graves pointing out the most important ones and the history thereto.
Take an early morning game drive followed by a delicious 'champagne' breakfast served at a private location long the seasonal Voi river bank.
Watch the magnificent African sunset in the horizon while enjoying a sundowner in the Tsavo Plains.
