NOTE: The Masai Mara migration; Game concentrations are at their greatest from around July to the end of October, when the migrating herds filter across the Mara River from western Serengeti. It is essential that one books in the first quarter of the year to avoid disappointment.

* By road - Most cities / town in are accessible by car as the main roads into the country are tarred and are in good condition. A 4x4 is only required when driving into the National Parks. But on saying that Kenya is not the ideal self drive destination, a guide tour is preferable.

Language:

English is widely spoken by everybody.

Health:

Malaria is found in most areas - precautions need to be taken.

The AIDS/ HIV infection rate of Kenya although falling is still on the high to very high side. Please be responsible when traveling in Kenya.
